A61-year-oldmanwasadmittedbecauseofcolonicdiverticularbleeding.Despitehavingachievedhemostasisatthececumusingfiveclipsontheseconddayofadmission,here-bledonthethirdday,soweagainperformedacolonoscopy.Duringthiscolonoscopy,weremovedthepreviouslyplacedclipsand,afterplacinga0.-inchbiliaryguidewireandwithdrawingthecolonoscope([Fig.?1]),weattachedanover-the-scope(OTS)clip(OvescoEndoscopyAG,Tübingen,Germany)tothetipofthescope.Wethenre-inserteditintothececumfollowingtheguidewire.HemostasiswasachievedusingtheOTSclip([Fig.?2];[Video?1]).Thepatient’sconditionimprovedafterthisintervention,andhewasdischargedfromhospitalontheninthdayofadmission.
